An election is to be conducted for members of the school council of Hallam Senior Secondary College.

Nomination forms must be lodged by 4.00 p.m. on Friday 21 February 2014 and are available below or from the College’s General Office.

Following the closing of nominations, a list of the nominations received will be posted at the school on Tuesday 25 February 2014.

If the number of nominations is less than the number of vacancies, a notice to that effect and calling for further nominations will be posted in a prominent position at the school on Tuesday 25 February 2014. Further nominations will close on Friday 28 February 2014.

If the number of nominations is equal to the number of vacancies, a notice to that effect will be posted in a prominent position at the school on Tuesday 4 March 2014 and no ballot will take place.

If a ballot is required for any of the categories, a notice to that effect will be posted in a prominent position at the school on Tuesday 4 March and ballot papers will be available from the College’s General Office from 12 noon the same day. The ballot will close at 3.00 p.m. on Friday 7 March 2014.

Declaration of the poll will be posted at the school on Wednesday 12 March 2014.

The terms of office, membership categories and number of positions in each membership category open for election are as follows:
