An election is to be conducted for members of the School Council of Hallam Senior Secondary College.

Nomination forms may be obtained from the General Office and must be lodged by 4:00pm on Monday 23 February 2015. Following the closing of nominations, a list of the nominations received will be posted at the College.

If the number of nominations is greater than the number of vacancies in any category, a ballot will take place and a notice to that effect will be posted at the College. THe ballot will close at 4:00pm on Tuesday 10 March 2015.

The terms of office, membership categories and number of positions in each membership category open for election are as follows:

Parent member From the day after the date of the declaration of the poll in 2015 and inclusive of the date of the declaration of the poll in 2017. 3
DEECD employee member From the day after the date of the declaration of the poll in 2015 and inclusive of the date of the declaration of the poll in 2017. 1
Community member From the day after the date of the declaration of the poll in 2015 and inclusive of the date of the declaration of the poll in 2016. 3
