Industry Partnerships are taking off

We areproud to announce a new partnership with the Australian Aircraft Restoration Group (AARG) who operate the Australian National Aviation Museum at Moorabbin Airport.

Hallam Senior College is very excited and proud to announce a new partnership with the Australian Aircraft Restoration Group (AARG) who operate the Australian National Aviation Museum at Moorabbin Airport.

This has made possible some unique opportunities for students to participate in aircraft maintenance, restoration and engineering work that will support their studies in programs such as Science and Engineering and Traditional Trades.

Currently a group of students is restoring a helicopter jet engine and this work will be followed by repairs on a Canberra bomber fuselage and maintenance of an ‘adopted’ aircraft at the museum.
