The Role of the College Council
The College Council provides an opportunity for parents and other members of the community to be involved in setting the educational policy of the school. It is the College’s governing body and it is responsible for developing and maintaining policies that assist and direct the operations of the school. This includes all financial matters and capital works expenditure.
Parents are invited to contact either their parent representatives or the College Principal about College Council matters. The College Council meets once a month and comprises of the College Principal and DET Representatives, parents of students attending the school, students and co opted community members.
Any parents/guardians interested in attending or participating in College Council subcommittees are encouraged to contact the school for meeting dates.
